2.3 One Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Attempting to create or operating multiple accounts is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.

Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. You are responsible for any activity carried out using your account. If you suspect your password has been stolen or your account accessed without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer

Transferring, selling or renting your bgt22 account, balance or bonuses to any other person is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Account Closure Request

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The standard processing time for a withdrawal request is 10 to 45 minutes. However, processing may take longer in some cases due to identity verification or technical reasons.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Before approving a withdrawal request, bgt22 will verify the following:

  • Whether the account's KYC verification is complete.
  • Whether the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
  • Whether any active investigation or security review is in progress.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are not acceptable. The payment method used on your account must be registered in your own name.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on bgt22 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To activate this bonus, use the applicable promo code at the time of your first deposit after registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw welcome bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • A bonus offer applies only once per member, household, address or device.
  • bgt22 reserves the right to change or cancel promotional offers at any time.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, bgt22 may cancel the bonus.
  • Funds cannot be withdrawn directly from a bonus balance — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
  • It may not be possible to keep multiple bonuses active at the same time; check the terms on the specific promotion page.

5.4 VIP Program

The bgt22 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Members are promoted to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver and up to 0.8% weekly cashback at Gold.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

You are advised to read the rules of each game carefully before placing a bet. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue or disconnection, bgt22 will re-determine the game result where applicable. Results generated due to an obvious error or programming fault will be considered void.

6.3 Game Providers

6.4 Sports Betting

Odds set for betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA, other leagues) and other sports may change. No bet can be cancelled after a match has started.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bgt22 platform and may result in account termination:

Fraud and Deception

  • Money laundering or introducing illegal funds

Software Misuse

Limitation of Liability

Although bgt22 strives to provide uninterrupted service, it may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, technical issues or third parties. bgt22 is not responsible for such disruptions.

8.2 Financial Losses

Members are solely responsible for any financial losses resulting from gaming. bgt22 will not under any circumstances take responsibility for recovering gaming losses.

8.3 Third-Party Software

Third-party game provider software is used on the bgt22 platform. bgt22's liability for any errors or issues in this software is limited.
